Verity and Jonah met in high school when they started a club called Global Awareness Campaign, quickly bonding over their experiences abroad growing up. They started dating in California during COVID quarantine, and shared two years of long distance from Santa Barbara and Washington, DC. Between cross-country weekend trips and holiday reunions, their love grew despite the distance, and they were engaged this past February after a year of being back together in Southern California. Today, the two are delighted to be sharing life together at last in Lima, Peru, and can't wait to see where in the world their love takes them next.
