What time should I arrive to the wedding ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive at least 15–20 minutes before the wedding ceremony begins to allow time for seating and photos. Doors will close exactly at 2pm at St. Mary's to prevent any distractions during this holy ceremony. Join us at any time after the wedding ceremony at La Bonne Vie Ranch for food and drinks!

What type of wedding ceremony will take place?

Answer

Our ceremony will be a traditional Catholic ceremony in a sacred and meaningful setting. We kindly ask that all guests join us in being fully present by keeping the ceremony unplugged. Please refrain from using phones, cameras, or any electronic devices during this time.

Are children invited? What about plus ones?

Answer

While we love your little ones, we’ve decided to make our wedding an adults-only celebration. We hope this allows everyone to relax and fully enjoy the evening. Additionally, due to space and planning constraints, we can only accommodate the guests listed on the invitations or those who have RSVP'd. Thank you for understanding, we can’t wait to celebrate with you!

Is there parking available?

Answer

Yes! Parking is available onsite at both the ceremony and reception venues. If possible, carpooling is encouraged to ensure all guests can park comfortably, especially those who may require closer parking spots.

What if I have a food allergy?

Answer

If you have food allergies or dietary restrictions, please let us know when you RSVP so we can accommodate your needs. We want everyone to enjoy the meal safely and comfortably!

Will drinks be provided?

Answer

Yes! We’ll have a full open bar for all of our guests to enjoy. To fully take advantage of this and celebrate without worry, we encourage guests to consider the on-site accommodations, which make it easy to relax and stay overnight.

Are there suggested hotels?

Answer

Yes! Our venue has an option for on-site lodging, but we have also set up a hotel block in Fredericksburg for your convenience. Please refer to the travel tab on this website for information!

Where can I find gifts for the couple?

Answer

Your presence at our wedding is the greatest gift of all, but if you wish to honor us with a gift, we would be truly grateful. Please refer to this website under the registry tab to find gifts or to contribute to our honeymoon fund.
