We met in the summer of 2017 as lifeguards at the Ouray Hot Springs Pool, where Josh showed off his waterslide dance moves and Venisha tried not to laugh too loudly. We didn’t talk much that summer, but when we did, it was pure fun. A year later we crossed paths again…and fell for each other! We moved to Fort Collins, adopted our sweet girl Rosie, and eventually made our way back home to Delta—where we added one more troublemaker, our puppy Thorson, to the family. Then on July 18th, 2024, in front of the San Juans, Josh popped the question—and the adventure just keeps getting better.
