This hotel is about 10-15 minutes from Pearl Mansion. If you call to reserve a room, make sure to let them know it is for the Adams/Vengoechea wedding and they will give you a 10% discounted rate. Shuttle from Hilton

A shuttle will take guests from the Hilton to Pearl Mansion and back. The first shuttle will leave at 3:45pm and the second shuttle will leave at 4:15pm. There will also be shuttles picking people up from Pearl Mansion and taking them back to the Hilton at 9:15, 10:15, and 11:15.

Other options for stay/transportation

There are plenty of other hotels and Airbnb's in the area if you do not stay at the Hilton. The University Area of Charlotte will be closest to the venue. If you want to stay in the city, Uptown is about 20-25 minutes from the venue. Please let Clara or Will know if you need help deciding where to stay! There will be parking available at Pearl Mansion. If you do not want to drive, we definitely recommend getting an Uber/Lyft to and from the venue.
