We'd been dating for almost 2 years, and talking for awhile about getting married. We picked out our rings, and David asked Papa (Elizabeth's dad) for her hand in marriage. Elizabeth had no idea when he would propose. We went to Waterfire in Providence, and Mika was with us because she didn't have a dog sitter.
