Hotel
I suggest registering for "myBarcelo" (link below) to get the best hotel deals through the Barcelo Aruba. Costco and Jet Blue Vacations offer great pricing for the Barcelo Aruba. You are also free to choose a different resort, or look at AirBNB options. They are plentiful. It is my recommendation to stay in Noord, or as close to Palm Beach as possible.
Flight
A Passport and the online ED card is mandatory for all travelers to Aruba, including minors and infants. You will need to fill this out prior to your arrival in Aruba. Aruba has US pre-clearance for all passengers traveling to the United States. This means that you will go through passport control in Aruba at the U.S. Customs & Border Protection facility and once back in the US you don't have that hassle.
Travel Note
Always have cash for the cab rides. USD is accepted in Aruba. Cabs are readily available at the airport - and I would highly suggest this over a shuttle. Cab costs to/from the Barcelo from the Airport: Monday-Saturday- $31.00 Sunday- $34.00ish Larry Ras, TX 117 can be reached at (+297) 5920071 or larry-ras@hotmail.com. He will accept credit cards. He also has car seats available.
