This hotel is 6 minutes away from the venue (5 minutes 30 seconds if you're a speed racer) and we have decided to sign a contract for a group rate with this hotel here! We have 15 rooms available for booking from Thursday 07/03/2025 to Sunday 07/06/2025 with a check-in time of 3:00 pm on the day of arrival and a check-out time of noon. 7 rooms available with a single queen bed, mini fridge, and microwave at $95.00/night plus tax. 2 ADA rooms available with a single queen bed, mini fridge, microwave, and a walk-in shower/grab bars at $95.00/night plus tax. 6 rooms available with two queen beds, a pull-out sofa, a mini fridge, and a microwave at $105.00/night plus tax. Please call the hotel at the number above to lock in your rooms and mention it's for the "Vekas/Hicks Wedding" :) reservations at this group rate are available for booking until 06/18/2025 using a credit card to hold your room and after that, all reservations will be provided on a space-available basis at prevailing rates. These rooms are all at a contracted group rate, however, there is no obligation to book here for any of our guests, and if you prefer an Airbnb or a hotel in a different city we are all for it! There is also a no-charge cancellation for any rooms booked in case plans change and you are unable to keep your room.
