What is the date and time of the wedding?
Answer
Saturday, July 5th, 2025. The ceremony begins at 2:30pm and the reception will begin at 4:00pm and end at 11:00pm.

You can reserve your seat above under the "RSVP" tab OR you can text, call, or email us any time before the deadline.

The last day to RSVP is Monday, June 9th, 2025.

Can I bring a plus one?
Answer
Your plus one should be listed on your invitation, but if a mistake was made or you would like to make any changes please reach out to us by the RSVP deadline.

Are kids invited?
Answer
Yes, we would love to have kids at our wedding! If you would like to bring your children with you and it is not clear on the invitation, please reach out to us by the RSVP deadline so we can make sure there are enough snacks, food and beverages.

Are there nearby hotels?
Answer
Yes, there are! We have a contracted group-rate discount at a nearby hotel (listed under travel) and you are more than welcome to take advantage of that discount or stay at any of the other beautiful hotels, lodges or Airbnb's nearby.

Is transportation provided to/from the venue?
Answer
Yes, the hotel is 6 minutes away from the venue and we plan to have family and friend chauffeuring at no cost to you (tips are appreciated if you see Savannah rolling up to you in her wedding dress).

What are the closest airports or train stations?
Answer
Cleveland Hopkins International Airport, about 35 minutes away from the venue. Trains are still around?

Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?
Answer
The ceremony will be held indoors, however from then on it will be a mix of both. There are multiple rooms, decks, balconies, bars, overlooks, docks, bridges, courts, etc. that you can enjoy yourself at, take pictures, eat, drink, etc...

What time should guests arrive?
Answer
Guests should arrive somewhere between 2:00pm-2:15pm. Haven't really done a wedding before, but this seems about right.

Will food be served?
Answer
Yes, food and drinks will be served. Catering services are booked but if you have any dietary restrictions or allergies, please let us know by the RSVP deadline. As of now, we have a number of appetizers, drinks, a stocked bar free for our guests, a BBQ buffet that includes brisket, pulled chicken, sauces, macaroni and cheese, green beans, baked beans, rolls, buns, and plenty of desserts! Yum!

Yes, on the asphalt.

Are there any pre/post-wedding events?
Answer
No, but we are open to suggestions!

Is there a gift registry? Where can I find it?
Answer
Yes. You can find it here on Zola under the "Registry" tab and while we truly appreciate everyone's generosity, celebrating with the ones we love is the best gift :)

Yes and yes.

What should I do if I can’t attend?
Answer
No worries, we will understand any reason you might not be able to make it. If you're unable to attend, please reach out to us and we will plan accordingly. Thank you for choosing to be in our lives and know that we love you very much <3

Can I take photos during the ceremony?
Answer
We would prefer a phone-free ceremony, but there will be a QR code you can scan at the reception for pictures to be added to an album for us and maybe we'll have disposable cameras as well. We want to look back on this night for years to come and the more we have the better!
