Following breakfast, jumpstart your morning with mimosas and mango lassis (a traditional Indian mango smoothie)! We may or may not be jumping in the pool after this ;)

Safa tying, also known as tying a pagri or turban, is a traditional practice in various regions of India, particularly Rajasthan, and is an important part of celebrations like weddings. It involves wrapping a long, often unstitched cloth around the head in a specific manner! This will be a fun event for any male guests who want to participate and pregame the Baraat with the groom.
3:30 pm - 4:30 pm
INDIAN ATTIRE ONLY. Your Indian wedding-ready outfit! No red, and white is reserved for immediate family only, but you can wear dark/neutral colors! The more embroidery, sequins, mirror work, silk, and bold jewelry - the better!
The Baraat is a celebratory parade for the groom on his wedding day (this is where you see the groom's grand entrance on an elephant, horse, vintage car, etc.). It's a big party with his family and friends, showing how excited they are for him. The bride's family and guests usually watch the baraat arrive, marking the start of the wedding celebrations!
5:00 pm - 6:15 pm
INDIAN ATTIRE ONLY. Same outfit as Baraat!
Inclusive of two ceremonies called "Jaimal" and "Pheras". There will be chai + snacks served beforehand. During this traditional Hindu ceremony, we ask that you are quiet and off your phones. Dinner & reception to follow!
