Travel & Accommodations
We recommend booking your accommodations as early as possible to ensure you can get a place near the venue site.
We have a block of rooms set at a discounted rate for both Friday, 10/16/26 and Saturday, 10/17/26 at the Holiday Inn Express and Suites. See below for details. We have also listed other hotels if you prefer to book someplace else outside of the room block.
We suggest that our out of state guests fly and then rent a car, as the venue is about two hours from Philadelphia, PA. We have found that this is the most efficient option for transportation.
*For out of state guests, we recommend booking for both the night before and night of the wedding to ensure that you are already nearby and will not have to worry about hotel check-ins on the day of event.*
Guests are also welcome to find their own accommodations nearby using Airbnb/VRBO as there are some pretty cool, unique places to stay in this area. The Poconos is a popular tourist spot for outdoor activities, year round!
