Our ceremony will begin promptly at 4:30pm. We kindly ask that all guests arrive 30 minutes prior to allow time to find parking and your way to the ceremony site before the processional begins.
Yes, there is a large parking lot for guests right at the entrance of the ceremony and reception site.
The ceremony will be held outdoors but with the ability to move indoors in case of inclement weather. The cocktail hour and reception will be held inside with the outdoor space being available to guests for the entire duration of the event. If the weather is nice, we highly encourage guests to take advantage of the outside space and experience the overlooking mountain valley views.
Luckily, the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception are all in the exact same location to make it easy for everyone. There will be a bus shuttling guests to and from the Holiday Inn Express & Suites where our room block is being held.
Kids under the age of 16 are not permitted with the exception of the few family members that are in the bridal party. We kindly ask that you keep this in mind as we want everyone to enjoy themselves for a day, kid-free :)
Semi-Formal Attire is suggested so that you can be comfortable, especially since it will be outdoors. Semi-formal attire falls somewhere between casual attire and formal attire, so no ballgowns and tuxedos but also maybe no sweats, jeans, and shorts :). Although the lawn/grounds are well landscaped, we recommend definitely leaving the stilettos at home.
