What is the parking situation?

Answer

Due to limited parking, we recommend carpooling or using a ride-share service of your choice to commute to the venue. We have permission from Crème de la Crème Learning Center of McKinney to use their parking lot, which is around the corner from the venue. Their address is 5151 S Custer Rd, McKinney, TX 75070.

Do you have a registry?

Answer

Your presence is the greatest gift we could ask for on our wedding day, but if you want to send us something off our Amazon registry, you are more than welcome to as well.

What can we expect?

Answer

After an intimate ceremony, we'll move our chairs back to clear the dancefloor for a night of celebration, games, food, and fun with an adventurous flair!

What is the dress code?

Answer

Cocktail attire is recommended. The theme is "adventure", and we welcome you to incorporate that into your attire however you'd like (just avoid wearing white). Shoot for Fantasy Formal. While our wedding will be an indoor event, please remember that October in Texas can have unpredictable weather.

Answer

Imagine running into the forest, but make upscale. Suspend your disbelief, allow yourself to be a valiant hero, answering the call adventure. Dress in a way that makes you feel like a high fantasy character, ready for hijinks, merriment, and enchantment.

What can we expect for food and drinks?

Answer

After the ceremony, there will be snacks, dinner, and of course, dessert. Gluten-free and vegan options will be available. Please inform us of any dietary restrictions you may have so we can accommodate you. Drinks offered will be water, sweet tea, and lemonade. You are welcome to BYOB. Please drink responsibly.

When does the reception start?

The ceremony will start promptly at 4 PM, with the reception to follow after in the same space.

Do you have a hotel block we can book with?

Answer

We have not reserved a hotel block for our loved ones visiting from out of town. That said, we have recommended a few different accommodation options at different price points for your consideration, which you can view under Travel.

Are children allowed?

Answer

While this is not a child-free event, we do ask that if your little one is quite vocal about their desire to be elsewhere, you find other accommodations for them. We would be happy to connect you with local babysitters. For the little adventures who do join us, they can expect dancing, card games, and coloring pages to be made available to them (and their parents).
