When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Make sure to RSVP and book your hotel reservation by October 15th, 2025! That is the last day you will be able to book with our discounted group rate. Reservations must be made through our discounted group block in order to attend wedding events. Additional charges will be required to receive the wedding wristband required to attend wedding events if not booking through our group block with Shaadi Destinations (ie - using Expedia or even on Hard Rock's website is not permitted). How do I get to and from the resort and the airport?

Answer

Our travel agency, Shaadi Destinations, is happy to arrange your airport transfers for you. Please remember to submit your travel itinerary on our Shaadi Destinations website and they will arrange the rest. More information is available at www.shaadidestinations.com/varsha-and-stone

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Indian attire, beachy formal, or American attire are all welcome. Whether that’s a colorful lehenga, a breezy maxi dress, or a classic suit, just keep the tropical setting in mind and don’t forget your dancing shoes! We welcome you to celebrate the culture and dress up in Indian attire with us! If you're thinking about wearing Indian attire, we’ve created mood boards to help you feel inspired. You can find outfit ideas for each event under the Things To Do tab. Although our wedding is at a beautiful resort in Mexico, we kindly ask that guests avoid wearing flip flops, jeans, or shorts to our events. Think festive and elegant resort wear - something comfortable for warm weather, but still dressed up for the celebration!

What activities can I enjoy at Hard Rock Los Cabos?

We are so grateful you are traveling to Cabo to celebrate us, so please make sure to enjoy all the amenities Hard Rock has to offer during your stay! All bookings will receive a $200 per room per night Hard Rock Resort Credit for use towards spa, golf, Posh Beauty Salon, Bowling, and more. Redemptions incur a 35% service fee. Terms and conditions apply. Redeemable at the concierge’s desk upon arrival.

Can I stay somewhere other than Hard Rock Los Cabos?

Answer

We highly recommend staying at the Hard Rock Hotel Los Cabos, since all of our wedding events will be hosted there. For guests choosing to stay at a different property, please note that the resort requires the purchase of a day pass ($198 per person, per day) in order to attend our events.

What is the cancellation policy for the resort booking?

Answer

We are so grateful you're making the trip to Cabo to celebrate us! We understand that life happens and plans can change. If your travel plans change, be sure to review the cancellation policy from Shaadi Destinations below. -Payment for your requested booking will be charged in full between 10/15/2025-11/15/2025 -Cancellations on or after 12/9/2025 will be charged a 50% penalty -Cancellations on or after 1/9/2026 will be charged in full and are non-refundable

Are kids welcome?

We love your little ones, but we’re keeping our Cabo celebration mostly adults-only except for family. Our hope is that this gives you the chance to truly unwind, celebrate with us, and enjoy a well-deserved getaway. Thank you so much for understanding - we can’t wait to party with you in paradise!

Can I bring a date?

We’re so excited to celebrate with our favorite people in Cabo! Due to limited space, we kindly ask that you only bring a guest if your invitation or RSVP includes a plus one.

What are the passport and visa requirements for Mexico?

Answer

Travel to Mexico requires valid passports, even for US Citizens. Please ensure that your passport expires more than 6 months from the date of entry into Mexico. Mexico has no visa requirement for US Citizens, but you will be asked to fill out a FMM form (Mexico's visitor permit) on the plane or once you land. Once you get to immigration and customs, the agents will give you the bottom half to retain until you leave the country. It is VERY important to keep this secure until you leave Mexico.

Where can I buy or rent Indian clothes?

If you’d like to join in the celebrations wearing Indian attire, here are some great in-person and online options to explore. Many of these websites ship internationally and have a wide range of styles, from lehengas and saris to sherwanis and fusion wear. ***Keep in mind that you may be required to pay tariffs on items shipped from India.
