What time does it start?

Answer

The ceremony will begin promptly at 3:30pm. Guests are encouraged to arrive between 3 and 3:15 to make sure everyone is seated in time. Cocktail hour will last from approximately 4pm through 5pm, with the reception and dinner to immediately follow!

Where should I sit at the ceremony?

Answer

We have decided to have our immediate families swap sides, so they may see our faces during the ceremony! Kaleb’s immediate family will sit in the first 3 rows on the left, and Emily’s immediate family will sit in the first 3 rows on the right. Extended family and friends are encouraged to sit from front to back on either side, so those coming in later can easily find a seat towards the back.

What is the dress code?

Answer

We’d love for our friends and family to dress up with us! We are requesting cocktail or formal attire — black tie optional. If you’d like to coordinate with our color scheme for photos, or if you need help choosing an outfit — wear black, green, or neutrals! No jeans or white, please.

Can we take and post pictures of the wedding on social media?

Answer

We are requesting all devices be turned off or silenced during the ceremony to allow our photographers and videographer to get beautiful, phone free shots and minimize distractions! We appreciate you respecting our wishes and being present during this special time. We will share our professional photos and video with everyone when we get them back! At the reception, please take as many pictures and videos as your heart desires, and feel free to send them to us!

Where are the ceremony and reception taking place?

Answer

The ceremony and reception will both take place at Bella Amore on Enchanted Acres. The ceremony will be outside weather permitting with the reception to follow inside the venue.

What will happen after the ceremony?

Answer

After the ceremony, our immediate families will be taking pictures. Guests can join cocktail hour inside, find their seats, and enjoy appetizers and drinks before the reception starts!
