WHEN WILL YOU SET A DATE?

Answer

We will set a date as soon as international travel restrictions for Australians are removed (or the date that they will be removed is announced). At that time we will send out save the dates and give you information about how to RSVP.

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I CAN'T MAKE IT?

Answer

You will be missed! If you can not make it to the wedding, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP “no,” so we can plan accordingly

CAN I BRING A DATE?

Answer

If your invitation says “and Guest,” then yes, if not, no. Our wedding is strictly RSVP only. We will only able to accommodate those listed on your invitation.

WHAT SHOULD I WEAR?

Answer

The dress code for our wedding is semi-formal/cocktail attire. Ladies should wear cocktail dresses, and the gentlemen should wear a suit and tie or a sports coat. We would prefer guests to wear warm colors so that photos have a consistent color scheme, but this is not required.

Can I take and post pictures of the wedding on social media?

Answer

We are asking all guests to have their phones turned off and put away during the ceremony, and ask that you do not use your own cameras during the ceremony. During the reception we encourage guests to take and post pictures on social media. Our only request is that you tag each photo with our wedding hashtag #meetthemacarubbos so we can keep track of all of your pictures!

ARE KIDS WELCOME?

Answer

We love your little ones! However, to allow all of our guests, including parents, the chance to have an evening of relaxation, we request that the ceremony and reception be for adults only.
