We recommend flying into Rafael Núñez International Airport - Cartagena de Indias (CTG)
TAXI:
From the airport, you can take a taxi to your hotels.
Taxi fares range from $5 to $10 (15,000–25,000 Colombian pesos).
Ideally, you should have Colombian pesos in cash to pay for the taxis.
In the “La Ciudad Amurallada” there are several exchange houses where you can change U.S. dollars to Colombian pesos.
November is low season:
November in Cartagena de Indias is low season, part of the rainy season, which means fewer tourists and lower prices, but with a probability of rain.
BUT DON’T WORRY!! — the rain won’t be an obstacle for this celebration.
