No, Chelsey and Vanessa are only providing transportation for the officiants so guests will need to provide their own transportation. SEA/TAC airport has a rental car hub with many options and Uber and Lyft are always available. It is recommended to coordinate with other guests to share rental cars and plan to carpool whenever possible. Public transportation is available but not recommended for the locations of the weekend.
The cabin is located at 1314 168th St. S Spanaway, WA 98387. It is about 40-60 minutes south of the church where the ceremony is being held depending on route and traffic. It is HIGHLY recommended you leave the cabin absolutely no later than 3:15PM on October 10 to arrive to the ceremony on time. The ceremony will begin at 4PM.
Some food options will be provided for dinner on October 9 and for breakfast and lunch on October 10. Dinner will be provided at the cabin after-party on October 10. There is an optional brunch with Chelsey and Vanessa on October 11. Any other food or drinks desired or required will need to be brought or purchased by guests.
Of course not, but we hope you will! Our RSVP cards indicate you may RSVP to either attend just the ceremony or the entire wedding weekend. An RSVP for the entire wedding weekend assumes you will be arriving to the cabin on October 9, staying at the cabin all weekend, participating in all activities (ceremony, after-party, etc.) and departing on October 11. If you would like to come but neither of these options fit your availability, please contact Chelsey and Vanessa.
At the cabin! If you are staying at the cabin, you will be able to get ready there for the ceremony. Please note that we may have as many as 20 people at the cabin at once, so you will need to coordinate bathroom time, etc. Chelsey and Vanessa will also be getting ready at the cabin but leaving early to get dressed at the church.
The total cost of the cabin is $1700 making each individual's cost $95. Please plan to Venmo Chelsey (chelseyelizabethreese) or Vanessa (vanessaperkinson) for your stay at the cabin no later than September 1, 2026. This price does not include food (except for what is provided at the cabin and the after-party dinner) or transportation.
