Arrival at the cabin can begin no earlier than 3:00PM. We anticipate everyone will trickle in at different times so we will have some sandwich supplies provided as a dinner option. Otherwise, dinner will be choose your own adventure!
7:00 am - 3:15 pm

There will be some breakfast options provided at the cabin. Please feel free to honor your needs and use the supplies or go elsewhere to get food and coffee. Additionally, you are welcome to get ready for the ceremony at the cabin at your leisure. Chelsey and Vanessa highly recommend leaving no later than 3:15PM to arrive to the ceremony on time and carpooling with other guests as you're able. Chelsey and Vanessa will only be providing transportation to the ceremony for the officiants.
4:00 pm - 6:00 pm

The ceremony will begin at 4:00PM. There will be a first dance and groups photos outside the church immediately following the ceremony.
6:30 pm

The cabin after-party will begin around 6:30/7PM and will include dinner and dessert. It will end when the last person taps out and goes to bed! Please be aware that the cabin enforces quiet hours beginning at 10PM so we will need to be mindful of our noise levels at that time.
11:00 am

We all must be completely out of the cabin no later than 11AM. Please plan accordingly! See the Morning After Brunch event for additional details following checkout
11:30 am
Brunch is comfy, cozy vibes - or whatever you're traveling home in!
Chelsey and Vanessa plan to have brunch after checking out of the cabin beginning around 11:30AM/12PM. the location is undecided. Brunch is completely optional for guests. Chelsey and Vanessa will reach out with location details and for a head count when it gets closer to make a reservation.

Whatever time you plan to leave, please note that copious amounts of huggies and lovies will be required to exchange with the brides prior to departure <3
