The RSVP deadline has now passed. Thank you to everyone who RSVP'd on time—we truly appreciate it! We’re so excited to celebrate our big day with those who will be joining us!
A block of rooms have been reserved at the Laylow, Autograph Collection from March 21, 2025 to March 24, 2025. Please use our special link on our 'Travel' page to book with our discounted rate. Discounted rate applies two days before and after specified dates to allow flexibility for our guests. If you choose not to stay in our room block, we recommend staying in Waikiki or near Haleiwa. Waikiki is bustling with activities, restaurants, bars, and beaches. It's a fantastic central location for your Hawaiian vacation, offering everything from budget-friendly hotels to luxury resorts. Haleiwa, on the other hand, is a charming, slower-paced historic beach town on the opposite side of the island. Hotels are fewer and pricier outside of Waikiki, so if you’re thinking of staying on the North Shore, we recommend booking a vacation rental through Airbnb or VRBO.
Our wedding will take place in the city of Haleiwa. The address to the venue will be included with your wedding invitation. We are also providing transportation for any interested guests (locals, too!) between our venue and Waikiki. We will have a complimentary shuttle departing the Laylow, Autograph Collection. Pick up time will be communicated to our guests closer to the wedding day.
Please let the bride or groom know if you would like to park on-site by January 23, 2025. Our venue has limited parking spots, which we’d like to reserve for family members and Oahu residents first. Please note Sunset Ranch is located in a secluded area with windy roads leading to the venue. Please drive safely and consider utilizing our Waikiki shuttles. More information is available on our ‘Travel’ page. For our Waikiki guests, please plan to use our complimentary shuttles, which will be departing to and from the Laylow, Autograph Collection.
We will only be accommodating those specifically listed on your invitation.
While we adore all the children in our lives, we've decided to keep our ceremony and reception an adults-only event. Thank you for understanding.
Help us get the party started on time! The ceremony will begin at 3:00 PM. We recommend arriving 15-30 minutes early to ensure everyone is seated on time. Pre-wedding refreshments will be served to guests who come early! Please note the drive from Waikiki to Haleiwa takes about 1 hour. Please take into account unexpected traffic and construction that could affect your travel time.
Our celebration will end at 9:00 PM, with shuttles promptly ready for pick-up at that time.
We’d love to see our friends and family get dressed up for our big day! Dress to impress in your best dressed cocktail attire. Bright spring colors encouraged. We kindly ask you refrain from any Aloha attire and print. Ladies, since the estate is quite grassy, we recommend opting for thick or block heels/wedges. Gentlemen, we suggest closed-toed dress shoes.
The ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception will be outdoors.
No need to worry about sand on our big day! Our wedding will take place on a grassy private estate on the North Shore, with stunning views of the mountains and the ocean. Check out our 'Things to Do' page for recommendations of our favorite beaches to visit while you're here.
Springtime in Hawaii brings temperatures up to the high 70s and low 80s. March marks the tail end of the rainy season, so a few showers might still occur. But don't worry—if it rains, the sun usually peeks out again soon! We recommend checking your weather app before packing and dressing for the day.
We want our loved ones to be truly present with us during our vow exchange. We kindly ask you put your phones on silent. However, feel free to capture us walking down the aisle and all the other special moments of the day!
Please direct any further questions to the bride. You can reach Vanessa via text at (714) 852-1151. On the day of the wedding, the bride and groom will not be checking their phones. Please reach out to the Maid of Honor, Joy Marie at (808) 312-2043 if you have any questions or concerns.
