Jodi and Krissy first met in the second grade where they bonded over their love (or lack there of) for the game of soccer. They later reconnected in Mrs Warrens 7th grade English class and have been nearly inseparable ever since. Jodi and Krissy have shared endless bottles of tequila, multiple nights at the lake, and every life milestone. On multiple occasions Jodi has taught Krissy how to speak her truth, demand respect, and stand up for herself. Jodi has greatly shaped who Krissy is today, and the day would not be possible without her person by her side.
Brett Leigers
Best Man
Josh and Brett first met in grade school. They were roommates in Missouri and jointly decided to venture to Virginia. When they left Missouri, they had no real plan and brought nothing more than what would fit in their trucks. The day they arrived they both had interviews and managed to secure an apartment. They have supported each other through good times as well as bad and will continue to be life long friends. Josh cannot imagine anyone else standing by his side.
Jayde Crenshaw

Although Jayde came into Krissy’s life eight years ago, they’ve know each other their entire lives. Jayde is Krissy’s long lost sister and although younger, Krissy looks up to her. Jayde’s free spirit and no bs attitude has always been Krissy’s favorite thing about her. Just like their tattoos say Jayde keeps Krissy wild and she feels incredibly blessed to have her by her side.
Chris Etter
Groomsman
Josh and Chris met while working as divers for Precon, where they worked on the James River Crossing in 2015. For a short time Chris let Josh live with him where the two bonded over their love of beer and cigars. It has been standing tradition to spend Thanksgiving together where they learned the hard lesson of ensuring to remove the grease from the gravey. Today wouldn't be the same without Chris by Josh's side.
Emilie Owens

Emilie and Krissy met at the bus stop when they were in kindergarten/first grade. Their sister like relationship started very early when Krissy tried to convince Emilie to misbehave and get off their bus a stop early. Sadly, Emilie could not be corrupted, but they’ve been causing mischief ever since. There have been very few holidays, and family vacations, where Emilie and Krissy have not been side by side. They even backpacked around Europe for a month! From a very young age Krissy has relied on Emilie’s whit and brains to guide them through their adventures. Now, on the most important adventure of Krissy’s life, she could not do it without Emilie’s guidance.
Marty Edmondson

Josh and Marty met while working on a dive job in Ruskin, FL. Marty was the crane operator and Josh was the dive supervisor. They bonded over their "maturity" and have been in each others lives under various roles (coworkers, roomates, employee, friend) ever since. They remained close friends to this day.
Shauna Richardson
Bridesmaid
Shauna and Krissy met when Krissy started a new job at Sentara Norfolk General. Krissy was paired as Shaunas partner on the head and neck floor and they quickly became known as a bonded pair. Everywhere Shauna went Krissy was not too far behind and vise versa. They even quit their positions the same month. Shauna and Krissy are kindred souls which is probably why they clicked so instantly. Krissy admires Shauna’s never ending kindness and determination to help not only those she loves but total strangers. She could not walk down the aisle without Shauna by her side.
Kaitlyn Maxwell
Bridesmaid
Kaitlyn and Krissy officially met in 2017 however Kaitlyn had been helping take care of Krissy’s two babies (Zeus and Apollo) for about a year prior. Their friendship blossomed over their love for animals and all things Disney. They likely have over 100 pairs of Minnie ears between the two of them. Kaitlyn and Krissy have encouraged each other through multiple races, life changes and tribulations. Kaitlyn’s courage and bravery has inspired Krissy since day one and this day couldn’t go on without her.
