Shuttle Bus Pick Up and Drop Off Times

Answer

The school bus will be transporting guests from the Hampton Inn to the venue. The bus will be picking guests up for the wedding at 3:45 PM, 4:15 PM, 4:45 PM. The bus will begin bringing guests back to the Hampton Inn at 9:30 PM in 30 minute increments. The wedding party send off will be around 10:30 PM with one more bus drop off following if needed.

Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The wedding is outdoors, so remember to bring a light jacket or shawl for the evening.

Question

If I arrive early with the first bus, what will be there to do?

Answer

Feel free to wander around the property and the vineyard. Visit Story Rock: next to the ceremony space, a table will be sitting next to "Story Rock" where guests can write a story about Will, Stephanie or Will & Stephanie together. There will be games, a photo-booth, & the bar truck for guests to enjoy!

Can I drive to the wedding?

There is limited parking space at the wedding venue. If you do wish to drive to the wedding please email Stephanie's father, Richard, at rnchector@gmail.com

Is there Uber or Lyft?

Answer

Uber has just arrived to Roseburg in March of this year! There are also taxi services in the area.

When I click maps on Zola, is Ninabee Ln. correct?

Answer

The maps on Zola switched the address to 175 Ninabee Ln. This is no longer the correct address, it was changed to Echo Canyon Ln. 15+ years ago. If you are driving to the wedding ensure the address is correctly typed into your phone as: 175 Echo Canyon Ln. Roseburg, OR 97471

Is the ceremony and reception in the same place?

Answer

Both the ceremony and reception are located at Vučetić Cellars, Stephanie's childhood home.

Are dogs allowed?

Answer

Unfortunately, no dogs will be allowed at the wedding.

We are registered at Zola, and Crate & Barrel.
