Our ceremony will take place outside, so please plan accordingly! Parking is available on-site. The venue opens to guests at 3:00PM. We welcome you to arrive for an optional social hour with drinks and lawn games prior to the ceremony. Shuttles will be available to take guests from La Quinta hotel to the wedding venue at 2:30pm and 3:30pm. A return shuttle will transport guests back to La Quinta at 10:00PM and 11:00PM. The shuttle can make an additional trip if needed. Dinner will be buffet-style with a selection of meat and sides. Vegetarian and gluten-free options will be available. Please be sure to indicate any dietary restrictions you have on your RSVP. Although we love your kiddos, we are keeping our event adults-only. We hope you understand and enjoy your night off!

Open to all wedding guests who are interested in continuing the celebration into the night! This RSVP is just to help us get a general count. It's OK to change your mind night-of! A shuttle will travel from the Cupola Barn to the Crafty Cow at 11pm. At 12:45AM and 1:45AM, additional shuttles will take partygoers from the Crafty Cow to La Quinta Hotel.
