When should I RSVP by—and where?

Answer

If you already know that you cannot come to our wedding on July 19, 2025, it’s never too early to inform us via text or email so we can work on our guest list. Semi-formal/Cocktail Summer Garden Attire Long midi or maxi cocktail dresses (below the knees) for the gals and suits/dress shirts for the guys. Ladies, take this opportunity to dress up and have fun with all the different pops of vibrant colors. Think romantic, whimsical garden on a summer day! What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The venue will be open for guests at 4:30PM. The arrival cut-off time is 4:50PM so guests have enough time to settle for our ceremony at 5:00PM. If you arrived after 4:50PM, we ask that you wait inside the building until the ceremony is over no later than 5:30PM to join us for the cocktail hour and reception.

Can I bring a date (+1)?

Answer

We're trying to keep our day as intimate as possible as the venue only allows a very limited guest count. If you have a date you’d like to bring who did not receive an invite from us, just let us know to see if there’s a seat opened up.

Can kids attend the wedding?

Since we have such limited guest count and space, unfortunately, we’re just not able to host kids.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Please reach out to us so we know ahead of time to work with our caterer. We will try our best to accommodate; however, please be aware that it is a buffet dinner.

Will there be vegan food options?

Answer

Yes! There will be a vegan appetizer and the vegan entre will be plated separately from the buffet. If you are vegan, please specify in the invitation reply so we can work with our caterer.

Is there an open bar?

Answer

Sure is! The venue does not allow hard liquor but there will be beer, wine, hard seltzer, and non-alcoholic beverages.

Is there parking at the venue?

Answer

Yes! There are plenty of parking spots on location. Follow the “Welcome Visitor Parking” sign to park inside the venue, behind the gates. Please ensure that you leave no belongings visible or any valuables inside the car to avoid break-ins.

How long does the event last?

Answer

Gates are open for guests at 4:30PM to attend the ceremony at 5:00PM. The send-off will be around 9:30PM. If you needed to leave early, we totally get it BUT we’d love to have you in our send-off photos. It’s a lovely way to end the night!

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Unfortunately, no. Carpooling rental car is highly encouraged!

We might look into a lunch gathering a day before the wedding.
