A walk a long the waterfront is beautiful. Time it for sunset and you will be stunned with the most beautiful sight in town. If the water is warm enough (granted conditions are okay too) pack a swimsuit and go swimming!

Lake Champlain

If you are looking for a chilly place to swim, this is always nice. There is some cliff jumping involved.
