Is this a Notre Dame home game weekend?

Answer

NO. Do you think I'm stupid? I would never do that to you. It will not be crowded or crazy in the city the weekend of the wedding.

Will everything be in the same location? Will the event be indoors?

Answer

Conveniently, everything regarding the wedding is located in the same building and will be indoors. The ceremony venue, cocktail hour, and reception space are all located within the same building (The Morris Performing Arts Center/Palais Royale). The DoubleTree is located a block and a half away from the venue if you would like to walk.

Is there parking at the venue?

Answer

The Main and Colfax parking garage located at 126 N. Main St. South Bend, IN 46601 is complimentary on Saturdays.

How early can I arrive at the venue?

Answer

Guests can begin to arrive at 3:15pm.

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Yes! There will be an open bar for the entire event (cocktail hour and reception).

If your invite indicates your name & guest then you can RSVP with a plus one.

How do I get from the South Bend airport to the hotel?

Answer

Please mention that you will need a shuttle from the airport to the hotel when you book your hotel room. If you are renting a car, parking at the hotel is complimentary. The driving time/distance from the airport to the hotel is 12 minutes/4 mi.
