Attire is Cocktail. For women: This can generally includes nicer dresses ranging from knee length to full length. Dressy jumpsuits, pantsuits, and elegant separates are also great choices! Please no white/off-white. For men: Consider a suit in navy, gray, or black with a tie. A blazer and dress pants are also a good alternative for a more relaxed, but still refined, look.
The ceremony and cocktail hour will be outdoors and will be uncovered. - Temperatures at this time of day in July typically range from 70°F to 77°F. - Parasol umbrellas and hand held fans will be available for use around the ceremony. The reception will be outdoors in a covered pavilion. - Temperatures in the evenings typically range between 55°F and 65°F after sunset. - Consider bringing a light sweater or jacket.
The names listed on the addressed envelope that your received your invitation in are those who are invited. If your invitation says "and family" this means that any children in your immediate family are also invited. Every guest was not automatically provided a plus one. If we were aware of a current long term/serious relationship, their name should have been included on the addressed envelope. *If you feel a mistake was made or you have a plus one that was not named on the envelope, and you would like to discuss bringing them, please contact Valerie prior to the RSVP date at 314-598-8006. *Also note that there will likely only be a few small children at the wedding and there will be no childcare services available at the venue.
Cocktail hour will include a charcuterie table, which includes: - Cheeses, fruits, crackers/nuts, sliced meats Dinner will be buffet style and will include: - 2 entrees - one steak and one fish - 2 sides - mac n cheese and potatoes - Salad - Bread and butter Vegetarian meals are available on request prior to the event. Please contact Valerie at 314-598-8006 if you would like a vegetarian meal. Separate children's meals will be provided for small children.
Yes, there is free hotel parking available for guests.
Yes. The ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception will all be at the Estes Park Resort and will be in close walking distance of each other.
Yes. *Please DO NOT bring in any alcohol from outside the venue. This is per our venue's liquor license.
