COMPLIMENTARY SHUTTLE SERVICE BETWEEN HOTELS & VENUE: There will be ONE pick up from each hotel to bring guests to The Addison due to seats and time, but there will be THREE options for returning to the hotels. There are a total of 56 seats available on the bus and it will be a first come first serve basis. Guests who wish to leave the hotels earlier/later are welcome to drive (complimentary valet available) or call an uber/lyft! :) The details specific to your hotel are listed below: WYNDHAM GUESTS ONLY: Pick up from the Wyndham will be from 5-5:15pm. Drop off at The Addison is ~5:25-5:30 pm. WATERSTONE GUESTS ONLY: Pick up from the Waterstone will be from 5:35-5:45 pm. Drop off at The Addison ~ 5:50-5:55 pm. RETURNING TO HOTELS: The shuttle will be making 3 rounds back to the BOTH of the hotels starting at 10:00 pm. Estimated pick up times from The Addison will be 10:00 pm, 11:00 pm, and the last one being around 12:00 am. The bus driver has been instructed to wait for ten minutes (ex: 10:00-10:10 pm) for guests to load before they depart to take guests back to the hotels!
