What restaurants are located near by the venue/hotels?

Answer

Located onsite at the Waterstone Resort & Marina Sea Spray Bar & Grill and Kasumi Japanese Restaurant Mizner Park Restaurants (our welcome party is located in Mizner Park) Yard House, Kapow Noodle Bar, Serena Pastificio, Calaveras Cantina, Ruth Chris's Steakhouse, and many more! Restaurants by Wyndham Boca Raton Cheesecake Factory, Farmer's Table, Tap 42, Rocco's Tacos, El Camino, Meat Market Steakhouse, Farmer's Table, Sixty Six Vines and many more!

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes! We picked this time of year to be able to enjoy a fancy celebration with our closest friends and family! We kindly ask for no jeans or boots to be worn to our wedding celebration events. The dress codes are based on the event and are described below: Welcome Party (12/31/25): Dress like you would to celebrate NYE out on the town! Ladies are welcome to wear cocktail dresses or nice slacks with a fun NYE top while men are welcome to wear a suit or nice slacks and a button down. Wedding Ceremony (1/1/26): Black tie optional. Ladies are welcome to dress in floor length ballgowns or a midi cocktail dress. Please avoid mini cocktail dresses. Men are welcome to dress in tuxes or find their best suit!

What airport do I fly into?

Answer

There are two airports nearby: Fort Lauderdale International (FLL) is a very large international airport in Fort Lauderdale, FL. This airport will allow for more direct flight options and is usually cheaper, but not always! The distance from this airport to our venue area (Boca Raton, FL) is approx. 30-45 minutes depending on traffic. Due to the size of this airport, please plan on arriving to your flight at least 2 hours prior to boarding to avoid a traveling mishap! :) Palm Beach International (PBI) airport is a smaller airport located in West Palm Beach, FL. This airport usually requires a layover between cities and may be more expensive, however the convenience of traveling in and out of PBI is usually well worth it! This airport is approx. 30-35 minutes from the area of our venue as well.

Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?

Answer

Yes! Please come join us to ring in the New Year for our Welcome Party at American Social Bar & Kitchen from 8:30 pm - 12:30 am for drinks and small bites. For further details, please see the schedule section. There will not be an wedding based event on Friday, January 2, 2026 as the bride and groom have decided to enjoy the day after with family.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, the Addison has valet parking free of charge to anyone who wishes to drive to and from our wedding ceremony and reception. We will be taking care of gratuity for the valet drivers that evening, any further tips I'm sure would be appreciated!

Question

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

There will be transportation to and from the Addison the night of our wedding from both the Waterstone and the Wyndham hotels. Transportation details will be updated once they are finalized. Uber and Lyft are very popular down here as well for those coming from residences outside the hotel blocks. Please keep in mind the price increase during the holidays (i.e. New Year's Eve is usually 3-4x more expensive to Uber/Lyft).

Are kids welcome?

Answer

While we love all your kiddos, we have decided to invite the kids of our bridal party and family only. If your invite does not include an invite for your kids (they will be counted in the amount of persons you will RSVP for), we kindly ask that they stay with family or friends while you celebrate with us!

Can I bring a date?

Answer

We have accommodated the guest list for our friends and family with significant others. Please RSVP for only those persons who are located on your invite.
