Timeline Details
1- Arrival in Brazil
Arrival in Brazil March 4th-5th
We recommend arriving in Sao Paulo March 4th or 5th. Everyones flights will be different so arrive at your leisure and explore the city!
2- Meet up For Drinks
Rooftop Bar in Sampa- March 5th at 7pm
After a long flight lets get together and have some drinks!
3- Travel to São Sebastião
Transportation leaves on Friday morning March 6th
We will head to SP north coast for our weekend. We will leave the city on Friday morning. It's a 3 hours drive.
4- Arrival at North Coast SP
March 6th
Once we get to the coast we will change and head to the beach to relax. We will go back at the end of the afternoon for our welcome party. There will be food, drinks and games!
5- Wedding
March 7th Wedding Day!
You will have time to explore, go to the beach or just relax at the pool all day before the wedding. The wedding ceremony will start at 5 pm, please be ready at Espaco Arandella by 4pm. The wedding will be from 4pm-12am.
6- Trip to Rio (Optional)
Sunday March 8th
Check out will be at noon for those staying at Casa Arandella. If you choose to leave back home after the wedding the closest airport is in Sao Paulo GRU most likely the airport you flew into. For the people who want to see more of Brazil we have rented a bus that will take us from Sao Sebastião to Rio de Janeiro! It will leave around 2pm March 8th and should arrive around 8pm in Rio. We plan on staying 3 or 4 days in Rio then flying back to the US from Rio. We recommend flying out of Rio so you don't need to return back to Sao Paulo.
