You will fly from your hometown to the GRU international airport. This airport is located in the greater Sao Paulo, metropolitan area. It is about 40 min from the hotel you will stay. We suggest your flight leave on Wednesday (3/4/26) at the latest so you arrive by Thursday (3/5/26).

About the hotels

Hotel Ibis & Melia are hotel options for when you arrive in Sao Paulo. We will be staying at one of these hotels as people arrive between March 4th and the day we leave for the wedding venue March 6th. They are both located in a good area with lots of things to do. Feel free to book any hotel you like but we recommend this area near Paulista Ave. Shuttle will leave from here March 6th. Sol Executive Hotel is located in Sao Sebastiao and is across the street from the wedding venue! There are also several other hotels near by that are walking distance that you can choose. Rooms may fill up fast since it is still summer in Brazil.
