Rehearsal Dinner

Cocktail Attire: Wear cocktail dresses, LBDs, dressy jumpsuits, and dark jackets and slacks.
Join us for a fun kick-off to the wedding weekend! Our rehearsal dinner will feature heavy appetizers/light meal at a SECRET speakeasy hidden inside Rainier Square on the 3rd floor. (It won’t show up on Google Maps—part of the fun!) Plan to park in the Rainier Square parking garage located in the same building; if it’s full, there are several nearby garages within a short 3-5-minute safe walking distance. The easiest way to find the party is to head toward Equinox Gym, Rainier Square, inside the building, and follow the signs by the 3rd-floor elevators for final directions. You can also use “Equinox Rainier Square” as your Google or Apple map destination to get you right where you need to be.

We are so grateful you’re traveling to celebrate with us and would love the chance to spend a little extra time together. If you have time on Friday, 2/13, we encourage you to go grab dinner in downtown Seattle and explore the city—visit Pike Place Market, see the Space Needle, or stop by the original Nordstrom on 4th and Pike. Afterward, join us for a casual cocktail at a secret speakeasy inside Rainier Square on the 3rd floor. Thank you for sharing your Valentine's Day with us! Here are a couple of things to consider as you plan out your night. While our ceremony and reception will be held indoors, portions of the cocktail hour may take place outside depending on the weather. February in the Pacific Northwest can be chilly (and possibly rainy!), so we encourage guests to bring a coat for comfort. The venue is fully paved, and dancing is absolutely encouraged—so choose shoes you’ll feel great moving in. As this will be a plated dinner, we kindly ask that you notify us of any severe food allergies and submit meal selections for all attendees. When selecting meals, please keep the following guide in mind: NF = Nut Free GF = Gluten Free DF = Dairy Free SF = Soy Free VEG = Vegan. We can’t wait to celebrate with you!

We would love the chance to say “thank you” in person and spend a little quality time with our family and close friends after the wedding. The Dursts have a weekly “Sunday Dinner” tradition, and we’d like to continue that spirit with a relaxed Sunday lunch/brunch the day after the celebration. This gathering is completely optional—no pressure at all. Sleep in, come as you are, and stay for as long or as little as you’d like. The location and exact time may be updated, but we’d truly love to have you there if it works for you.
