Where to stay
The best place to stay is near the streets of Martin Miguel de Guemes or Leandro N. Alem. This is a very safe part of the city and most amenities are within walking distance - beaches, shops, grocery stores, restaurants, bars, etc.
Options for accommodations include:
1. AirBnB and Booking.com (these are targeted towards international travelers and are more expensive)
2. Mercadolibre -> link: shorturl.at/acFMY
3. Directly through realtors:

For options 2 and 3:
Make sure it’s filtered by “Alquiler Temporario” or “Alq Temp” (this should already be selected in the provided links)
Choose the WhatsApp option to message them. They should speak English.
You can also message them via IG
4. Hotels
When you book a place, try to pay as little by credit card as possible. It’s cheaper to pay in cash when you arrive. If you want to rent a place, it's best to book by October, since the holidays are high season in Mar del Plata.
