The ceremony will begin promptly at 3pm. Please plan to arrive at 2:30pm to ensure you have plenty of time to find a seat and settle in.
Yes! The ceremony, cocktail hour and reception will all be outdoors.
Free Parking is available at Waimea Valley (first lot on the left). Parking for the event can be identified by signs indicating Sunset Ranch. Shuttles will be provided for round trip transportation for guests from Waimea Valley to Sunset Ranch. The 1st shuttle will arrive at 2:00 pm. The 2nd shuttle will arrive at 2:15 pm. Shuttles will depart the venue at approximately 9:00 pm. Announcements will be made ahead of time to ensure everyone who caught the shuttles is aware.
Semi-formal/cocktail or aloha attire. We want everyone to look their best for our special day. Please no slippers, t-shirts, jeans, shorts or athletic-wear.
We are having an "unplugged ceremony" (no phones or cameras). After the ceremony, feel free to take as many photos and videos as you'd like.
We'd love to include everyone but due to limited space, only those who received a plus one on their invitation can bring a guest. Thank you so much for understanding!
We love your little ones! However, we have decided to keep our ceremony and reception an adults-only event with the exception of immediate family. We encourage you to use this as a night off!
