This is a black tie event. No sneakers, jeans, or t-shirts. Please be respectful.
The wedding ceremony will begin promptly at 6:00 PM. Guests will be seated at that time, and the front lobby will be close to prevent any distractions.
The wedding ceremony and reception will both take place at Crystal Ballroom Saint Augustine.
There is a Marriott hotel, roughly 500 yards from where the ceremony and reception will take place. Room blocking will be provided for guests who choose to stay at the hotel.
There will be no valet parking however, the parking lot is conveniently located directly in front of the building. There are no restrictions on parking.
The bride and groom, ask that you purchase a gift from the registry on Zola or on Amazon. They also are excepting cash gifts and gift cards to Lowe’s, Home Depot, and other home, improvement stores.
To ensure their special day is centered on God, and each other, the couple has decided to provide a separate party for children. Yes! All children must attend the children’s party. The children will enjoy an exciting party with wedding, themed games, a dance, party, and a dessert buffet, featuring Claire as the Honorary Guest. The party will be chaperoned by licensed child care providers, and trusted family members only. Adult Guests who RSVP to the wedding and reception must also RSVP their little loves for the children’s party if they intend to bring them for the evening. The children’s party will end promptly at 11:30 PM. Unfortunately, we cannot have any last minute add-ons.
We are going for an elegant and romantic style wedding. Our intimate venue offers, beautiful lake views, playful hanging lights and quaint areas meant to spark the love in each others eyes. We enjoy all types of music, delicious food, endless laughter, and lots of fun. Think, upscale lounge. Think Al Green “Still in Love”.
We unfortunately have limited assigned seating. Guests who have not been invited and RSVP by the appointed date will not be allowed to attend the event.
At this point the venue is not requiring masks to be worn, however we intend to be cautious in the interest of our family members and friends.
The grooms two favorite beers will be served. And the brides, two favorite red wines and white wines will be served. There will be a champagne toast. As well as signature cocktails featured by the bride and groom.
