A close contender for the venue of this very wedding, the Newberry Library is a veritable institution of knowledge. Check out their public educational programs or just peruse the bookstacks full of interesting manuscripts which draw from 600 years of human history.

Take a tour of the main quad on campus or visit one of the many museums. Katie and Stephen particularly recommend the ISAC museum (the Institute for the Study of Ancient Cultures), the Harper Memorial Library, and the Reynolds Club, all of which are accessible during weekday business hours.
