Shuttle
September 5, 2026 3:00 pm - 3:45 pm
We will have busses picking up at both the Holiday Inn Express and The Hilton Garden Inn. There will be a bus at both locations to pick up at 3:15 & 3:45 to bring guests to the venue. Busses will begin taking guests back to the hotels at 9pm, 9:30 pm, and last shuttle 10pm.
Travel Note
Ride shares are recommended if not using the shuttle service & plentiful in the area. This is a great option if you do not plan on taking the busses. If you do plan on driving yourselves, there is no overnight parking at the venue. Please be sure to follow valet instruction on the property and arrive no later than 4:15. Be responsible.

This may be the cheapest flight options for our international guests. However this airport is far, around an hour from the Columbia area.
