Please dress in Formal Attire, taking into consideration that the ceremony will be outdoors (weather permitting). The wedding party will be wearing various tones of brown (the bride’s favorite color)!
While we love children, we ask that you leave your little ones at home.
Please RSVP as soon as possible, but no later than September 15, 2026.
Our ceremony will begin promptly at 4:00 PM. We kindly ask that all guests arrive and be seated by 3:45 PM so you don’t miss a moment. You may begin to arrive at 3:30 PM, and we will have a variety of beverages, some blankets, and stunning views! Because we want the vows to remain uninterrupted, late arrivals will not be able to enter once the ceremony begins. If you do arrive after 4:00, we invite you to enjoy the view from a distance and celebrate with us afterward.
Due to limited capacity, we will only be able to accommodate those specifically listed out on your invitation and RSVP. If you received a plus one, it will be listed on your wedding invitation and will appear under your name when you RSVP through the website. We appreciate your understanding!
Yes, there is a ton of parking on site and guests are welcome to drive to the ceremony/reception and leave their cars overnight if needed. Transportation to and from ceremony/reception will be provided from the hotel. We want everyone to have a fun, safe night! Please note that the Ceremony is approximately a 5 minute walk from the rest of the events. We will have golf carts running people back and forth if you choose not to walk.
Yes, we will be running a bus on a continuous loop starting at 3:15PM. The bus will be leaving from the Hilton, to Paramount, and back.
We highly suggest calling the hotel in advance and inquiring about early check in. If you are concerned about not being able to check in and get to the ceremony on time, consider coming in on Thursday night!
Pending weather, the ceremony will be outdoors whereas cocktail hour and reception will be indoors. We ask that guests keep an eye on the weather and dress appropriately, however we will have blankets available for the ceremony so everyone can stay cozy!
Since the hotel is a bus ride away, we chose to extend our reception for an additional hour and forgo the traditional after party so that the party doesn't have to stop just for us to move locations. The reception will end at 9:30, with an additional hour dedicated to an after party in the same spot with food, drinks, and music. The Bride and Groom are staying on-site, and therefore we will not be coming back to the hotel. We are so excited that we get to spend our first night as Husband and Wife in the original cottage of Adolph Zukor! Feel free to continue partying in our honor, long after we are tucked away for the night.
