CLT - Charlotte Douglas International Airport

This is the best place to fly into. It is an American Airlines hub, so there are tons of options from just about anywhere. Located about 20 minutes from the hotel. It is an inexpensive uber ride, so no rental car necessary. There is also a smaller airport in Concord which is not too far. Maybe about 30 minutes away. So don't be afraid to use that one if it is a better option for you.

Light Rail

We love our quirky city, but driving and parking in charlotte can be tricky. We have planned all our event locations to be easily accessible by light rail. We will provide you with a marked map and some tickets when you get here. Along the rail, there is also a very nicely paved path called the rail trail. Its a bit of a Charlotte staple, and often has pop up art installations along the way. So if you feel like taking a stroll rather than riding you can't go wrong!

The Love Bus

The only location not walkable from or accessible via light rail will be the ceremony site. We have very limited parking, so we highly encourage ALL our guests who can to hop on board! Pickup is at the Holiday Inn Southend will be 3:15pm sharp. There is street parking throughout Southend, or there is also a new parking garage across from Superica. The bus will take guests to the ceremony site to save you the drive and cut back on the very limited parking in the neighborhood. The bus will wait a while after the ceremony to allow for photos, then will head back to the hotel. The stop at the hotel will be for drop off only, so we recommend just staying onboard if you can. The bus will then head to the happy hour and reception site for the final stop. If you need to make the pit stop at the hotel, follow instructions for the light rail to get to the happy hour and reception site. All guests will take the light rail or the rail trail to get back to the hotel after the send off.
