Elevated pizza and mac & cheese at a local brewery/seltzery, need we say more? We will hear toasts from Dads and thank you's to our beloved wedding party. After dinner we invite EVERYONE to come join us for games and drinks across the street at Queen Park Social!

Ceremony

Attire: Bohemian Blues and Muted Hues Wear shoes that are easy to kick off and enjoy being barefoot in the grass with us! Flowy dresses and Khakis welcome, tie not necessary. Wedding colors are Light blues, sage, and khaki. Feel free to join us in our colors for photos!
We are so happy to have you at our barefoot backyard wedding! Dress comfortably as seating will be blankets and pillows in the grass for our guests with healthy knees. Some hay bales will be available for those who can't quite make it to the ground. We know you are still young at heart, but we want to take care of your physical age too ;) **ALL guests are welcome and highly encouraged to catch the Love Bus!** A charter bus will pickup guests from the Holiday Inn Southend at 3:15pm sharp to bring you to the ceremony site. This will save you the drive as well as cut back on the very limited parking, so please put it to good use! Parking: If you are not catching the bus, please consider car pooling as much as possible. Parking will be along the side of the road throughout the neighborhood, so be courteous to our neighbors. It may be a bit of a walk to get to the backyard. Drinks and very light refreshments will be available, Just be sure to save room for happy hour at Lenny Boy's!

While we finish up photos, enjoy some pretzels and kombucha on us! Try the kombuchas that brought us together the day we met. We will join you as soon as we can! Bus instructions: The charter bus will leave the ceremony site once all riders are on board. One stop will be made at the hotel to drop off anyone who needs it, then it will head over to Lenny Boy's for a final drop off. We do recommend staying on the bus to save time and confusion in our quirky city, but the light rail is very close if you need to make a pit stop.

Now that we are hitched, it's time to celebrate! Get ready for great local food, dancing, and games. Be brave and be bold! Show us your moves and get upsidedown with us if you choose. This part is the party, so let's live it up and create great memories together! We will end the night with a send off at 9:30pm. If you took the Love Bus - we recommend using the light rail to get back to the hotel. It's only two stops away. Or, if your feet aren't too tired, it's about a 20-25 minute walk down the rail trail.

Tex Mex Brunch Takeover! We will be having brunch at this great little spot only a block from the hotel. Our reservation is just for the two of us, so if you want to join feel free to reserve a table around the same time. This place can fill up fast, so we HIGHLY recommend making a reservation ahead of time, but they do take walk ins as well. If you don't love tex mex or can't get a table, Barcelona wine bar right next door is also a great little brunch spot even shares a courtyard patio with Superica! This block is one of our favorite places to hangout in Charlotte. There is Mae's favorite donut shop, Tyler's favorite ice-cream shop, and other fun places. We will be spending the afternoon here and would love you to join us before your trip home!
