When do I need to RSVP by?

What should I do if I can’t make it?

Answer

You will be missed! If you can not make it to the wedding, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP “no,” so we can plan accordingly.

What should I wear? Is there a dress code?

Answer

The dress code for our wedding is semi-formal. Ladies should wear cocktail/maxi dresses or jumpsuits, and the gentlemen should wear a suit or a sports coat. Ties optional.

What will the weather be like this time of year?

Answer

On October 22, the temperature in Ponte Vedra typically ranges from 67°F to 77°F and is rarely below 56°F or above 83°F.

Where are the ceremony and the reception taking place? Indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Both events will take place at the Crosswater Wall at Nocatee (245 Nocatee Center Way, Ponte Vedra Beach, FL 32081). The ceremony and cocktail reception will be outside. The reception will be a mix of inside and outside.

How do I get to the venue?

Answer

At this time, everyone will need to get to the venue on their own. Transportation may be provided from a central location(s) for those staying at the designated hotels.

Where should guests park? Is parking free?

Answer

Parking is free in the main parking lot next to the venue. Cars CANNOT be left overnight.

What time should I arrive for the wedding?

Answer

Please arrive 15-30mins prior to the listed time for the ceremony to make sure that you can get settled, grab a seat, and are ready for the festivities!

What happens after the ceremony?

Answer

After the ceremony, guests can head to the outside patio and surrounding areas for the cocktail reception where we will be serving finger foods and beverages. In addition, the bride and groom will be available to take a picture with all guests at a designated spot.

Are there other wedding events I can attend?

Answer

Please review the events listed on the "Schedule" tab and select your preferences when you RSVP.

Can I take and post pictures of the wedding on social media?

Answer

Yes, we encourage guests to post pictures on their social media channels, our only request is that you tag each photo with our wedding hashtag #UnVailMrsWilliams so we can keep track of all of your pictures! There will also be directions provided in-person requesting guests to take videos and upload to an external website to assist us with creating our wedding recap video.

Can I bring a date or kids?

Answer

Our wedding is strictly RSVP only. We will only be able to accommodate those listed on your invitation. If your situation has changed since receiving your invitation, please reach out to Alex or Katie directly to discuss.

Answer

Will food and drinks be served at the reception?

Answer

Passed appetizers will be available at the cocktail reception followed by a full buffet-style meal during the reception. Drinks served throughout.
