When should I RSVP by?

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

We are foodies and plan to have something to accommodate all preferences. If there is concern of cross-contamination, please let us know.

Is there a dress code?

Cocktail attire is requested, black tie is optional

Is this going to be an unplugged ceremony?

Yes. We have hired a photography team to capture this moment. Please refrain from using cellphones or tablets during the ceremony

If a +1 has been allotted to you, it will be reflected when you RSVP

Are kids welcome?

Kids are welcome but please be considerate to the venue and the couple when deciding to bring your children. Please RSVP total number attending including adults and kids

Is there parking for the event?

There is ample parking available at the venue

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Group transportation will not be provided but ride share services are popular in the Richmond area We recommend Uber or Lyft

What will dinner be like at the event?

Our event will be a cocktail style reception. There will not be assigned tables
