We have a room block reserved at the Kimpton Rowan Palm Springs. The hotel is walking distance from the venue and central to all things downtown Palm Springs. There will be two room type options; (1) King Bed or (2) Queen Beds. If you're trying to be more economical you can shack up and share! The hotel has great amenities including a rooftop pool and bar (with a view of the venue!), fully equipped on-site fitness center, golf bag storage, Kimpton PUBLIC bikes for riding around town + more. If the room block sells out please inform us and we can potentially add more availability.

Palm Springs International Airport

For out of town guests we'd recommend traveling into the Palm Spring International Airport. It's less than a 10 minute drive from downtown Palm Springs and the venue.

Los Angeles International Airport

LAX is about a 2 hour drive from Palm Springs with no traffic - so we suggest flying directly into Palm Springs if possible.
