Let’s kick off the wedding weekend with a relaxed evening under the palm trees and golden skies! Join us at Ola Café—home to the best sunset view in all of Rincón—for a casual welcome hang with everyone in town. This is a come-as-you-are gathering: sundresses, flip flops, shorts, and sandy bare feet are all encouraged. We’ll be there from 5:30 to 7 PM, soaking in the views, sipping drinks, and enjoying light bites. Do not plan on eating dinner here - they do not have full meals. This is a casual meetup to watch the sunset and say hi to all! Cash bar—but no stress, the drinks and finger foods are in the single digits here! No RSVP needed—just bring your good vibes and meet us at the Lighthouse!

Beach Formal (No suits or ties required)
Our wedding will be on the beach, in the sand, with the ceremony and dancing taking place right on the shoreline—so plan your footwear (or lack thereof!) accordingly! We highly recommend sandals or platform heels for women—traditional heels are not ideal for the sand, and we’re planning to dance barefoot under the stars, so feel free to kick your shoes off! Ceremony will begin PROMPTLY at 4:30pm, so please plan to arrive by 4:15.
Reception
5:00 pm - 10:30 pm

Cocktail hour will be held from 5-6pm on pavers around the pool, so you’ll have a chance to be on more solid ground, but the rest of the evening will be sandy toes and ocean breeze. Cocktail hour will feature passed Hors d'oeuvres and some platters, but don't forget to save your appetite for our dinner buffet! From 6pm on we will be celebrating under the tent (and the stars!) in the sand, with two bar areas, a full buffet, games in the sand, and celebratory music provided by Rincon's favorite DJ - DJ Mouse! Dress Code: • Women: Tropical dresses, sundresses, beachy cocktail attire—whatever feels fun and festive for a celebration by the sea. • Men: Lightweight pants (linen or chinos are great!) with a short sleeve collared shirt. No jackets or ties needed—this is island formal, not black tie! We want everyone to feel comfortable and carefree—dress like you’re here to celebrate love on the beach. We just ask that NO WOMEN wear WHITE OR CREAM DRESSES.
After Party

We will have late night snacks brought out towards the end of the reception, and unfortunately local ordinances require all loud DJ music to be shut down by 10/1030 but NEVER FEAR! We have the whole place to ourselves for the rest of the night, so we plan to continue hanging and dancing until the wee hours of the night. Bring your best JBL speaker if you have one so we can link them and continue to dance (just quieter) and hang on the beach.

Whatever your heart desires
Join us the morning after the wedding for a relaxed brunch buffet on the beach at Casa Islena. We would love to spend a little more time together before everyone heads home, sharing stories from the night before and enjoying the ocean breeze. We’ll be treating our guests to a delicious spread including breakfast burritos, croissant French toast, chorizo, fresh salads, and of course mimosas. Come as you are, grab a plate, and join us right back on the sand where it all began!
