We're having a BBQ! This event is for the Wedding Party, immediate family (by invitation only), and those staying at the cabins Friday night are invited to join us, as well!

For those staying at Mitchell Point Cabins on Friday night, the Hale Transportation bus will transport you guys to the golf course (and back to get ready for the wedding) on Saturday. Exact time for the bus to leave Saturday morning TBD.

FOR WEDDING PARTY AND BY INVITATION ONLY!! The Bride & Groom have decided to have a First Look moment with all the formal photos to follow. This way we can enjoy cocktail hour and the rest of the night with our guests!
3:00 pm - 3:15 pm
FOR GUESTS STAYING AT MITCHELL POINT CABINS ONLY!! Included in the cost of your stay is transportation to and from The Hitching Post (our wedding venue) by Hale Transportation. Please be on time! The bus will not be late, or wait, for this very important date! The bus will arrive at 3pm and leave by 3:15pm. End of the night: the bus will need to make 2 trips from the venue back to the campgrounds. The first trip will start at 9:30pm.

We cannot stress this enough-- PLEASE! This is to be an "UNPLUGGED" ceremony. Meaning, we're paying handsomely for the professional photographers we hired to do their thing. We kindly request that our ceremony NOT have guests with cell phones/cameras/video recorders/etc. out and getting in the way of our special moment. There will be a sign at the ceremony site to remind y'all of this important request. Please and thank you! The ceremony will take place out back, behind the barn, in front of the pond.

Enjoy yourselves! We'll have yard games set-up and an Open Bar all night!
6:00 pm - 8:00 pm
"It's a Utica Thing!" Yes, we decided to go Italian for our big day! We didn't want a fancy, formal sit-down style dinner, so the dinner buffet will be open for a couple of hours-- eat whenever you'd like during that time! (Don't worry-- you will have an assigned table to set down your purse, eat, etc.) **Vegetarian options available**
8:00 pm - 10:00 pm
Let's sing, dance, & celebrate! Yup, you heard that right-- "sing"! There will be karaoke available for all guests. Don't be shy-- just approach the DJ and pick out a song on our Karaoke List. Sorry, not sorry, but song requests will NOT be taken. The Bride & Groom have created a diverse Wedding Playlist of a lot of our favorites-- mostly Country, but also a mix of 90's Hits, Rock, oldies, and some classics, as well. We hope you enjoy the night!

FOR GUESTS STAYING AT MITCHELL POINT CABINS ONLY!! (We are sorry, but there cannot be additional people for liability reasons.) Let the party continue! We'll be having a bonfire (see Map provided in your cabins for location at the campground) to end the night! **Bring your own lawn chair, if desired.** No Open Bar here; must provide your own alcohol. Please drink responsibly and pick-up after yourself! Thank you!
