There are numerous gorgeous beaches very close to our venue! Beaches include Corona Del Mar state beach, tide pools, crystal cove state beach historic district, little Corona beach, treasure island state park and Newport Beach
Balboa Island
Take a ferry to dine and shop your way down Marine Avenue, walk the island loop on South Bay front, eat the original frozen banana snack, take a whirl on the Ferris wheel, stand up paddle board and more on this charming island!
In-N-Out Burger
Did you really come to California if you didn’t have In-N-Out? Yes, it’s the best fast food burger, no you can’t change our minds!
Sancho's Tacos
This is Ian's current reigning champion in the quest for the best tacos in California! Luckily they have a location not far from our venue on Balboa Island. Christine's go-to order is two OG tacos and a Mexican Coke. You won't be disappointed!
Whale Watching
There are many whale watching tours in the area! Common animals to see include dolphins, grey whales, and sometimes humpback whales
Disneyland and California Adventure Parks
For all the Disney fans out there, you can visit the original Disneyland Park or go for a park hopper ticket to add California Adventure into the mix! This is a place Christine frequented as a kid with her bridesmaid Kelsey and Maid of Honor Megan, and a must-do item on Ethan Liebling’s (brother of the groom and groomsman) list for this trip to the mainland from Oahu!
Newport Beach Vineyards & Winery
Calling all wine lovers! Enjoy wine tours and tastings in at the Newport Beach Winery. Fun fact, they store their wines in a wine cave!
Newport Beach Golfing
There are actually 42 golf courses within a 15-mile radius of our venue! A few ranked 'best in California' include the Pelican Hill Golf Club with ocean views and the Shady Canyon Golf Club. Additionally, our hotel has its own golf course!
