Bride
I, Sam, feel it necessary to write Brittany's description. She spent most of her life in Western Montana, but pursuing a career in music led her to currently reside in Denton, Texas. Quite the downgrade naturally. She spends most of her time helping her parents and their eBay business (https://www.ebay.com/str/twins5352 shameless plug), practicing the stand-up bass, and learning to play Call of Duty to spend time with me. As for her personality, she's amazing. She has worked a ton planning her own wedding, so that all I have to do is have fun writing these descriptions. I love her more than anything, and can't wait to spend the rest of my life with her. But will I say these things at the wedding? Find out July 23rd...
Groom
I, Brittany, feel it necessary to write Sam's description because he wrote mine. When I first met Sam I thought he was hilarious. Granted, I did poke fun at his accent for an entire week but I liked how unabashedly himself he was. If any of you reading this know Sam, you know he has no filter and will say and or do some crazy things without even thinking about it. Sam is currently living in San Antonio pursuing a Doctoral degree in Heliophysics and Space Instrumentation. Sam is incredibly smart and hard working and I am inspired by his dedication to his education and pursuing his Doctoral degree. I'm so excited to begin this next chapter in our lives with my best friend.
Maid of Honor
Literally my other half and person I have know the longest! Of course i couldn't get married with out my Twin sister and partner in crime and a lot of bad singing!
Best Man
Mountain Man Extraordinaire - Legend told that in order to find Nathan, Sam had climb to the peak of the tallest mountain in New Mexico. Nathan is going to be Sam's best man at the wedding, but really he's coming to claim yet another mountain as his own.
Bridesmaid
mon cher ami bien-aimé Kelaiah is my Best friend and closest confidant! We met at our undergrad at University of Montana and have been close ever since! Kelaiah constantly loves and supports me and gives me counsel and kind words whenever I need. She is an amazing artist and talented violinist. Currently she is studying at a conservatory in Paris while making amazing art and stealing french boy's hearts ;) I couldn't imagine getting married without her she is an absolute dream and ray of sunshine in my life!
Groomsman
Sam set out to find the biggest loser in high school. Lo and behold, Geronimo had already submitted an application. Geronimo plays the clarinet which is in the same family as the saxophone, but we won't hold that against him. Brittany agreed to let Geronimo drive us from the ceremony to the reception in her '66 Ford named Brad.
Bridesmaid
Kristen is one of the sweetest people I have ever met. She is always concerned for others and is always there for you if you'd ever need anything. I've known Kristen a long time as she is one of Elizabeth's best friends; but didn't get to know her very well until these last few years. I feel very lucky finding someone who was already in my corner that I can count on.
Groomsman
We had a really terrible picture of Trevor here, but without my knowledge it was replaced with this really cool image. Whatever look at Mr. Cool over here.
Bridesmaid
Naomi is my really creative and talented eldest sister. She currently lives in London England creating and making friends with the mangy city foxes. I remember growing up in South Dakota Naomi and Elizabeth would pretend to whisk off to the lake to visit the mermaids. Court and I would be so excited when they would bring us back "treasures" that the mermaids gave them. I cherish these memories in South Dakota and am feel blessed to make new ones visiting Naomi in Courtney and I's first ever trip over seas! Naomi is incredibly sweet and always makes us laugh with her Kermit jokes.
Groomsman
Weighing in at 600 pounds and a towering 12 feet tall, David will likely block your entire view of the wedding if you sit on the groom's side. Ironic considering "Klein" in German means small. I think it refers to his heart. This guy's a real asshole. You may see him get into a car slurring all his words. Rest assured he is not drunk, he just talks that way.
Bridesmaid
Elizabeth, aka sissy aka my seaster, is my second eldest sister. Sis is hard working and always organizing events and learning new skills like glass blowing and aerial performance! I have so many memories of Court and I annoying the absolute snot out of her and also of all the sweet moments my sister supporting me and helping me through some hard times. When I doubt myself I'm glad I have my seaster to endlessly encourage me.
Groomsman
We don't know much about M̴̖̝̞̑̾͛͐͘ḭ̵̣̠̭͍̘̙͖͋̂̄͘͘͜c̶̯̓̄́̊̆̏͠h̶̡͎̏́̚͝ȃ̵̞̣͕͆̈́̊́̚͜͠e̸͉̬̗̞̓̀͐͂͆͑͑̍̃͘͜ͅl̷͍̓̀̌̂̽̊̑̓͊ ̸̢̡̡̝̰͇̎̋̿̂̊̕̕͝W̸̖̭̖̰̳̣̯͓̽͛̊ḯ̸̤͙̤̝̜͒͑̋̑͜͝l̷̫̽̐̉̿̀̄͘̚l̶̲̫͕͚̱͇͐̇́͝i̴̝͙̺̓̆͛͝s̵̜̯̻̦̯̳̯̺̪̯̅̆. His early life and rise to power remain a mystery. But from what we do know about him, we know it's best not to ask.
Bridesmaid
Layne is my aunt despite her young age! She is always super cool and relaxed and always fun to be around. She is very talented and from being an amazing esthetician to successfully keeping an abundance of plants alive. Something I may never be able to do! I love all my memories in the summer where we would go to our Nana's and Papa's and basically run amuck all over the woods. Layne is so loyal and supportive of her family and friends and is not afraid to set someone straight which I admire.
Groomsman
If you hear clapping during the wedding when nothing happened, it's probably Omar. Sam knows all of his groomsmen from high school marching band (even his brother), but both Sam and Omar played tuba together. They have spent countless hours teaching other tuba players how to actually play and march simultaneously. This is akin to teaching chimps how to ride a bike. Through this, Omar and Sam have created a bond that can't be broken.
Bridesmaid
I have known Heather since my freshman year at FHS. It feels like forever ago looking back at all the fun trips we got to take. I'm really glad I have had a friend to grow up with and beginning to adult! I've loved all the long drives, hikes and adventures that we have been able to do and look forward to being able to make some new adventures. Heather is so talented and always learning new instruments and is hilarious. I always appreciate her humor in times where I need a laugh!
