Renting a car is not necessary as there are many ride-share options and public transportation options around the city. Many tourist attractions around Pittsburgh are usually 10-20 minutes from the Sheraton Hotel. We have a room block at the Sheraton Hotel for We have a room block here for THURSDAY, FRIDAY, SATURDAY, AND SUNDAY NIGHTS (10.8-10.11). This location is next to our ceremony and reception venue (the Gateway Clipper). This is a great option for multiple reasons: 1. It's close to our venue, so you can walk to our wedding venue and do not have to worry about transportation to and from the wedding events. 2. Our price at $319/night will not change. Since the Steelers play at home against the Colts on Sunday, October 11th at 1pm, hotel prices around the area and flights will significantly increase. It is not uncommon to see rooms go for ~$600/night on a Steeler’s weekend.
