Check-In: Wednesday, January 27, 2027 Check-Out: Sunday, January 31, 2027 Minimum Stay: 4 nights Playa Fiesta is a charming, intimate boutique hotel along the coast of Puerto Vallarta that we’ve rented out exclusively for our wedding week. Here you will have access to two pools, a private beach, water activities, beach volleyball, various meals/events and delicious drinks being served all day. As a bonus our wedding is taking place during peak Humpback Whale breeding season! **Package Details:** Rate: $2,523 total per room at double occupancy - this price includes all taxes and gratuities—no additional fees will be added. This covers 4 nights’ accommodations, Open Bar from 8am-11pm, breakfast buffets, and all meals/events that are seen on the Schedule Page for 2 guests per bedroom. The rate is the same for single or double occupancy. If you are traveling solo and would like to be paired with another guest to reduce the cost, please let us know. If your invite included ‘Guest’ you have been given a +1, please indicate if you will be bringing someone in the Zola RSVP section. **Booking Notice** Please soft RSVP through the Zola website by April of 2026. We will send follow-up emails with booking instructions once you have indicated that you are planning on attending. Please wait until you receive instructions from us with a link and a Promo Code to Book. Do not try to book separately from the given instructions. Final RSVPs will be due by September 2026. Reservations may be canceled without penalty up to two months prior to the wedding (October 27, 2026). **Want to join us early?** An additional night on Tuesday is available and includes breakfast and open bar. Rate: $414 per room per night at double occupancy. (approximately $556 including taxes and fees) **Additional Adults and Children Rates** All rooms include double occupancy (2 guests) - Extra adult (16+): 50% of daily room rate - Child (3–15): 25% of daily room rate - Kids 2 and under: Free

Costa Sur Resort & Spa
If Playa Fiesta is fully booked, outside your budget, or if you prefer a 3-night stay, Costa Sur Resort—located just 1/4 mile away—is available as our overflow hotel. Because the two resorts are affiliated, no additional off-site fees apply when staying at Costa Sur if booked through the Playa Fiesta Platform. Guests will enjoy full access to all wedding events, meals, and amenities at Playa Fiesta, just like those staying at the main resort. If you’re interested in this option, please reach out to us for additional details. **Booking Notice** Please do not book directly through Costa Sur’s website or third-party sites. All Costa Sur reservations must be made through Playa Fiesta’s booking portal. Booking elsewhere or directly through Costa Sur will result in loss of access to Playa Fiesta and additional daily fees. Kindly contact us first and wait for our emailed booking instructions.

Alternative Offsite Location
Although, it is not recommended to stay at an off-site location, you’re still absolutely welcome to attend our wedding if you book elsewhere! If you have questions or want help deciding what option is best for you, we’re happy to help — just contact us! Guests who stay offsite will be subject to daily access fees in order to participate in events and enjoy the resort amenities at Playa Fiesta. Offsite Guest Access Fees (Per Day, Per Person) - Base Day Pass – $124.00 + tax + 15% tip - Children ages 3–15: 50% of all rates - Children 2 and under: Free Includes: - Playa Fiesta access - National Open Bar (8am–11pm) - Wine pack & bar upgrades Optional Add-Ons for Preplanned Events That Day: - Meal (lunch, dinner, or brunch): $25.00 + tax + 15% tip - Snack or food/beverage station: $15.00 + tax + 15% tip Hilton Resort Notes: Guests staying at the Hilton next door are required to pay the above offsite fees every day of their stay since there is no way to monitor with the connected beach. The best airport to fly into is Puerto Vallarta International Airport (PVR), the only airport serving the region. Playa Fiesta is located approximately 30 minutes south of the airport, and taxis and Ubers are readily available just outside the terminal. To find the best airfare, we recommend setting up price alerts or tracking flights directly through your preferred airline or booking site!
