I remember Ty coming home after her football practice one night and saying “This girl on the team has a stank attitude!” When I joined the team I quickly learned that to know Juantale is to love her. It took no time to realize we had so much in common from our birthdays being two days apart, our favorite color being purple, the love for old school music, and oh lets not forget, Erykah Badu! She truly has my best interest at heart.

We’ve cried, we’ve fought, we’ve laughed, we’ve supported each-other but most of all we really love one another. A girl from Brooklyn, NY and a chick from Houston, TX running the game! The journey we’ve shared is a true testimony... to life. One day our children will hear stories about the tails of Aunty Shawna and Momma... minus a few details haha...
