Celebration Details

Arrive in Costa Rica

Guests have different travel arrangements. Some will be staying with us in an Airbnb and others will stay at The Westin Reserva Conchal, an All-Inclusive Golf Resort & Spa, from October 8th to the 12th. We will be at the resort from October 12th to the 19th. You're welcome to extend your vacation to join us.

Afternoon on a Catamaran

Our Ceremony & Reception

5:00 pm

Informal beach attire - Think sundresses, shorts, & t-shirts. We want the vibe to be carefree with no pressure.

Our reception ("party") will immediately follow the ceremony. Food will be casual buffet style. Please be sure to share any dietary restrictions when you RSVP. We will also have a self-serve or open bar. We are not asking for gifts. We appreciate the time we get to spend with you.

Celebration Week Concludes

12:00 pm

Most guests will be headed home. We are going to leave the Airbnb and head to the resort until October 19th. You are welcome to be in vacation mode with us.
